so, here are a few from a day trip to western WA. we had gone to a beach, which was at the end of a mile long trail, and there was zero marking on the side of the road where the trailhead was. the only way you could tell was an abnormally large shoulder. the beach was incredibly quiet and the forest was densely packed with old growth trees.

so, these following two pictures are views of the seattle skyline, as seen from alki beach. i especially was fond of going to the view spot nearly directly in front of the Alki tavern. i was even more fond of alki tavern's $1 tacos/taco bar on thursday. for $10 dollars, you can get fairly buzzed from the cheap Rainier/PBR tall boys, and without a doubt, full as fuck from the tacos, which you could load up with whatever you please, even an inch of cheese only. it was definitely, by all means, my favorite dive bar in the entire city.
edit: i have panoramic view pictures that i stitched together from 10+ pictures. unfortunately, they are so huge that they get ruined by about any site that i try to host them on. anybody interested in a poster sized 60x10 night view of the skyline should email me at: maozebong1@gmail.com

okay, so with a craigslist bought lens in hand, a backpack full of shit, and a plane ticket, I went to seattle, in search of something. im not quite sure i have found what i was looking for, but i definitely found out a decent bit about myself, and the world i live in. its a start.
